Blind stealing!

I was wondering if you guys could help me with something, what stage do you start stealing blinds(level, players left etc) how much do you usually raise all in etc? i Have been blind stealing at last 4 only if they are big enough,but have been caught a few times and ended up on the bubble. What hands would you say steal with? any input would be appreciated.

You blind steal starting on L4, and you don't stop. Unless you have a big stack, you really want to steal starting L4.
