This is VERY borderline. I can't see how either pushing or folding is necessarily much better than the other. I lean towards fold, but maybe not if the blinds are going up real soon.

700 chips is more than enough to make a stand at this point in a party SNG. If you do move all in you will probably only be called by hands that you are at best a coinflip against. If the blinds will have raised by your big blind meaning you will be out 300 chips instead of 150 then you should probably move in here unless you think that others will bust you into the money. You have one more free hand after this and probably will only be posting 150 in blinds leaving you 450 to work with. With the passive players at this level 450 is a respectable all in with some fold equity.

Push. Your stack is lousy, and you will be in big trouble when blinds go up to 100/200.

Therefore, you need to steal on this round. Looking at the stacks, your best chance to steal is against this BB or the Button. The other big stacks can afford to call you with lots of hands. Against this BB, losing to you will be crippling, but he has plenty of chips left if he folds. Your FE is unlikely to be higher than this.

Therefore, this is a clear push with a hand as good as K8.

In the 30s/50s, I'd push with any 2 cards here.

At the 10+1 tables players will not call without a decent ace or decent king or a PP. If you are going to rely on luck this heavily why not let yourself be blinded out, or push with a suited king or ace or a king that could at least yield a straight?

I'd like to push with a suited king or ace, but unfortunately I don't have one.

The hand range you describe for people calling at the 10s covers maybe 15% of all possible hands. So 85% of the time, they will fold. There's a couple people behind you, so it's probably more like 70% (don't have eastbay's tool handy). 70% of the time you win without a fight, and you might win 40% of the time if called.

It's not luck, it's math. You are the short stack, so you can't just wait for a perfect hand. Put your chips in while you still have them.
