Default Is it safe to get more RB than the Host Casino allows?

[The issue below is about safety of higher than allowable offers. It is NOT about exact amounts. Please don't delete me]

I was about to sign up through someone offering a few points higher than the "allowed" rate Empire approves of. Then I thought twice.

Is it risky to take a RB program that offers 25%+X% since Empire doesn't openly permit this? It seems like I might be getting an extra $50-100/month, but that I would be taking the risk of getting shut down.

Any opinions on this?

You don't have any risk of getting shut down.

Is there a risk that the company offering the RB could go under? (An increased risk I should say...)

This would be my first and biggest concern. Yes, there is always a risk with any affiliate, esp one that breaks the rules of the affiliate department. Try to find out how good your affiliates relationship is with Empire. Honestly, I wouldn't be that worried... if anything does happen, there are always other skins to play on.
