I ask them if they like 'Blade Runner' once I've talked to em a bit. If they don't get it or don't like it, they are usually vacuous, dumb or evil. If they like, they're usually alright.

my rule is if they use the acronym LOL at all, they are automaticlly labelled as fairly stupid.
