Default making a table layout

I've got the overall layout I want for a table on the party skins.. IE, 'table.jpg'. Seems like a royal pain in the neck to then slice this up in to all the assorted seat images needed. Wondering how people who make their own layouts handle this. Any PS tricks to simplify it or anything?

Thanks.

I am working on them right now for Party and Stars. I use PokerAce.
How about posting your layout here and I'll do the same when completed.
BTW, what image editing software are you using?

I found a picture of the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign and integrated that into my altered Stars table awhile back. It got old, and was a pain in the ass as far as the buttons went.

Im back to normal, but if someone makes a great layout i'd love for you to share and i'll give it a shot.
