KK Part (A)
4 limpers and I raise from the bb with Kd,Kc. All call.
The flop comes Th,5h,3h. I bet, a very good player in middle position raises, a very weak player calls two cold, everyone else folds. What's my play? |

Re: KK Part (A)
Fold because you have to make a running full house for your hand to hold up.

Re: KK Part (A)
Does anybody like the "stop and go" here.
Call the raise on the flop and lead out if a non flush card comes on the turn ? |

Re: KK Part (A)
I was just about thinking "stop and go" when I read the post Nomar. I like this play as it can create some confusion in your opponents. I would bet out on the turn if a non-flush card came. Another sound plan would be to check and raise a turn bet but I like the first method of thinking better in this case. It would be disasterous if the turn got checked through.

Re: KK Part (A)
You can't fold just because someone is betting on the flop, trying to represent the flush.
I'd really not toss my kings away here. True, you may be beat. But he might not even be holding any flush cards. I'd call. Now if a 4th flush card hits, then I'd be very nervous. -Scott |

Re: KK Part (A)
i would stop n go and fold to a raise
if you raise a weak player's flush on the turn, they will flat call. if you get raised by a weak player on the turn when you stop n go, you are beaten badly by a flush. |

Re: KK Part (A)
Good old school thread, I think Nomar brought up a great stop and go idea, although I would personally just three-bet and lead any card but the ace of trump...comments
