Button is a super maniac. I have his pfr in the high eighties, but recently he has been raising (or reraising) every single hand. He frequently bets or raise postflop with nothing as well, but not quite as often (still often at irrational times, seemingly completely at random).

UTG and MP are both very passive and are moderately loose postflop and pre.

I think the river check was close.
