Strange rebuy

$3 rebuy. 684 enter, if you make the top 10 you get 710$. nothing more nothing less. 11th gets zip, 1st gets 710, 10th gets 710. How do you plan your rebuy strat?

Just like I would a normal rebuy. There isn't anything different here than a regular top heavy rebuy tourney. Its when we come closer to the bubble things change, and this turns into a sat.
