UTG Takes it down with QQ or AKs? This sucks.

Getting 9-1 w/ a guy all-in who can't 3-bet. Do you think you can peel here? My roommate wants to peel all the time, I'm more cautious.

But he's not all-in after the bet. He has $100 behind after the turn bet. He can call the UTG c/r ($50), and reraise his last $50. Then the UTG player can cap, forcing you to call another 2 called, for a total of $1100:$200 with extremely dubious outs to a possibly split pot.

I might call if the guy behind me (and I still don't see how he got behind us; did he call 3 cold preflop? He must have. That screams AK to me from a tight, passive player) was actually all in, and I couldn't get jammed in.

Seems like a fold. Run the math. Assume he'd play AK QQ like this, count up your effective odds and your effective outs.

I think the OP might need to edit the hand, it certainly looks confusing... UTG+1 Open Raises.. and then UTG Caps.

Decent player open raises from UTG+1. One caller. I make it 3 bets from MP+1 with KK. BB calls, UTG caps, four to a flop.

UTG Didn't fold.. Or am I just that confused right now?

if utg+1 open raised, then utg folded.

Thats why I asked the OP if he needed to edit the post. It's confusing right now, because there is an error.

i think you have a pretty clear fold for two bets... i also think your turn check is v nice... i very much doubt the better LHE players on this site wouldve found this check (leave it to the NL player to check an overpair in the lead, haha), but i think it is the the correct play.
wp on all streets. flop raise is automatic.

Default tight/passive player is in cutoff

Position of players in this hand are BB, UTG+1, me, CO.

On the turn, UTG+1 checks, I check, CO (tight/passive) bets, BB folds, UTG+1 (fairly tight/aggressive) raises.
