Ok, some of that is tilt. But I've never lost that much that fast. In fact, this is my first 300BB downswing. I actually thought it was over today, because I started single tabling. Then I got aces 4 times in 45 hands....blah blah blah whine whine whine.

Glad my bankroll wasn't 300BB. Might have to reload from my secret stash for the first time in 18 months though.

Sorry for the whine.

Any advice on the stats appreciated.
The only thing that's really different is WTSD (and of course W$SD). I'm pretty convinced that number has dropped because I'm folding hands where I'm behind, not because I'm folding winners. I may be delusional.

You aren't as good as your first stats. You aren't as bad as your last stats. Do some of these things.

keep your head up. krishan made a good post this morning about downswings and how to deal with them. if i'm reading that right and you've dropped 500 bbs in 13k hands, i think you should consider taking some time off to give your head some time to cool down.
