I only minraise against players whom I know to be really bad.

Against the flop minraising of my continuation bet, if I have anything, I'll often call and see what happens on the turn.

I think the minraise is an awesome weapon against nits too.

Hopefully I'll last, I've been using it a lot lately to get free turns, cheap rivers, or to slow down lags when I have a mediocre hand/draw and think it might be good, or against nits who bet their overcards but fold to a raise...

Yeah, I also use it in these situations. They're not that common though.
