Default Did I play this right?

First post... looking for how i could have played this better.

400 NL on party skin. I have approximately 400 as does the villain. I am on the sb, and complete with the 8/6 off when villain limps in from utg. We see the flop 3 handed, the flop comes 5,4,7 rainbow. I ck, bb cks and the villain bets 10 into 11 pot and both me and the bb call. The vallain has 44 and has flopped a set. Turn brings the 2 of clubs, the board now contains 2 clubs. i bet 25 into 45 pot. all three call. river is the ace of clubs and we ck around.

Did I play this correctly to extract maximum value? oh, the utg player was playing relatively tight...

I hope this post is a joke. You could have easily gottin all the money in on the flop and turn even though its an unraised pot. You lead for pot BB calls UTG raises you can either 3 raise or smooth call and c/r a safe turn card.

Please also check search engine for posts explaining how to properly post a hand.
