Question about Commerce mid limit Hold 'Em

Going to Commerce for the first time this weekend --- playing mid limit (9/18 through 20/40) --- which limit has the best (loosest) players: 9/18, 15/30, or 20/40? Thanks in advance.

9/18 plays like 3/6 pretty much.

I'd rather play 20/40 than 15/30. Seems looser IMO.

9-18, but you get free food at 20-40 and it's still very soft.

Do NOT play the 15-30. It's much worse than the others (but still good).
