i openraise on the button with Kh6h, sb 3 bets, bb floats, i call.

Flop 2h 4h 7h

sb leads, bb raises, i 3 bet, both call.

Turn 9h, check, check, check.

River: x. sb bets, bb folds, i call. Naturally, I would bet if checked to, but is this one of of those situations where you can put in an extra bet somewhere and easily fold to a turn cr or a 3 bet. One poster suggested the rather bizarre line of calling a turn cr and folding to river bet, but betting if checked to. . . what say you?

bet the turn call a checkraise, and fold to a river bet, if checked to on river then bet...

they will call you down here too often with inferior hands to check the turn..

another suggested line, would be to check behind turn and raise a river bet and fold to a 3 bet...

hand is too big to only get 1 BB between turn and river...

I'd much rather three-bet a turn checkraise and fold to a four-bet than either of these lines, but I agree with you -- more than 1 bet has to go in on the last two streets.

That is the dumbest thing ive ever heard. Bet turn and check call if raised, No way in hell im not calling this river. unless it gets 3 bet / capped on the turn

I don't like 3 betting and folding to a 4 bet, but if you 3 bet and he called, would you check or bet the river?

besides the fact that I can't check-call the river, I actually agree with a guy named AlvtheMelv. . . I think folding the river here is bad if you call the turn cr, esp. on party. This line confuses me but Nomar likes it, and he thinks outside the box, but anyways. . .
