We can only hope Action Dan makes a comeback and Raymer maintains so we can have a Two Plus Two final table.

Perhaps it's less about being sheep than you think.

Raymer is far more likeable, so I am much more interested in his performances.

Actually...I was VERY interested to learn that Hellmuth won the HU championship and was surprised there wasn't a thread on it.

I'm hardly Hellmuth's biggest fan (like most intelligent people...I think he's a total ass).
But I find the fact that he won this event to be really intriguing and I'm looking even more forward to the coverage than I was before.....and am hoping the coverage is reasonable and I get to see how he did it....as well as plenty of coverage of Sklansky's win over Ivey.

I'm pulling for Raymer in this event because he's a good guy, a respected 2+2'er, has made MANY terrific tourney-strategy posts...but mostly because he's a good guy.

Default Cordi for the win

4 Joseph Cordi $ 145,000

You heard it here first, this guys a player.

The man's a guy in my dorm's uncle and I met him a couple times. A regular at Commerce, I believe.

Might just be because I suck, but he seemed really knowledgeable about the game and crushed us weak-tighties in a little impromptu tourney.

Also he drove an S-500, if that means anything

It's funny that he can still be criticized by 2+2ers, seeing as his posts in the archive have most likely molded most of the great MTTers of this forum

[/ QUOTE ]

This one made me laugh. The first time I read it I pictured some guys with green fuzzy patches on their arms. I've molded lots of food; never people.

He has posts going back about 6 or 7 years. Click the older archives link.

http://www.twoplustwo.com/archives.html

On that page, try the recent archives link for recent posts, the tournaments section for older posts, and the poker (other) section for even older posts. You can also look under the Texas Hold'em (High Stakes) section for some more big-bet cash and tourney stuff.
