99% of guys that play lacrosse are huge dicks
Anybody else notice this? I'm not one to stereotype in general, but almost every lacrosse player I've even known has been a complete [censored]. A number of my girl friends have dated / are dating lacrosse players as well and they all get treated like [censored]. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience.

Meh, I can say this is a pretty solid generalization. There are exceptions, but in high school they fit that description.
And those Cherokees always pissed me off.

i don't know about 99%, but I have known a lot of lacrosse players that are dicks.

i personaly am not a huge dick, though i do have one. but seriously yes, some lax players can be assholes. just deal with it. but its the same thing as anyone who thinks that since thy are hot [censored] on the field and that they are the same off. though the percentage is def not 99, not even close. all they really want to do is play, have sex, and drink beer.

My good friend in high school was our best defender on one of the best teams in the state (granted, in califonia, so it doesn't say much), I went to almost every game in my senior year of high school. Also, the other guys on the team were pretty cool.

Apparently he joined his college lax team and started hanging out with the kids on the team after which my friend tells me he started treating her differently, called her a slut one night and that was the end of that. I didn't want to assume any corrolations, but I've never had good experience with lax kids, just wanted to hear what everyone else had to say. EDIT: Also, 99% was a sarcastically large number, just to clarify. I guess I meant a large majority, moreso than any other sport group.
