Default TOC question

I know there was a bunch of angst about 3 players being added to the TOC this year, but werent there some people that made multiple final tables at the circuit events?
Sorry, I cant find the results.

Chris Ferguson, Chad Brown, Phil Ivey were at least 3 with multiple final tables/top 20 in points.

They also let in 3 people with the most braclets in the history of the WSOP, at least thats what I heard. Into the Tournament of Champions if I remember correctly. Oh yea most of the players were lucky they just got the chance to play.
