hand 1: there are multiple ways to play this hand. given the previous action, folding the river isn't weak, it's smart.

hand 2: i would have folded to the check-raise on the flop with no reads. if i call the flop, i call the turn too.

I think an argument could be made for calling hand 1. You checked the turn and couldve induced a bluff from a busted flush draw or a bet by a weaker king, but I don't think it's terribly weak to fold. Hand 2 is a clear fold, you aren't getting the odds to draw, your hand will be obvious if you hit and he may already have the straight in which you are drawing to get stacked or drawing to split.

Maybe I'm missing something, but why are we folding in the first hand? Do we assume he had a full house?
