Default To burn or not to burn

When you guys play triple draw at home do you burn cards or not?

you might as well look trustworthy and official, so burn.

it's such a trivial step, what's the big deal about not doing it?

It's just that we run out of cards a lot. Also when should you burn at the beginning of each draw or before each player draws?

There should be no need to burn before each player draws: all players discard, then all players receive cards. So only the top card on each round is questionable.

If you're game is both loose and trustworthy, it's usually better not to burn.

In our mix games we never burned, people seem to splash more than online, so the cards run out more often.

If people really bitch about it may as well to keep everyone happy, but I don't really see a need for it.

There is a positive side to burning before each draw in friendly/trustworthy games, the players and the dealer can easily recall which round they are on.

I see now. The way we usually used to do it is someone discards and then they get their cards right away. I guess the proper way to do it is discard in turn and then get the cards for all of the players.
