given your description EASSSSSSY call. Is this post just to brag about your nh?

[/ QUOTE ]

Not really, more of a warning to be careful about image plays and observant opponents. I have no doubt that my opponents take advantage of observing me a lot too.

Opponent had Q3. He hit a 3.

Did provoke some table chatter, though, and opponent didn't stick around for very long after that hand.

Default Re: allin preflop with KQ vs. image playa

I don't know why people do this.

It seems intuitive that raising to 100 or 150 is much better than pushing here.

image plays are only worth it if the amount you risk now is smaller than what you potentially win through establishment of the image.

How exactly do you pronounce EASSSSSSY? Does it rhyme with messy?

Or if you spike a pair and stack a guy that calls a $1000 bet with KQ.

I'll take ~.75 preflop equity any time.

You didn't have 75% equity vs. his hand range.

I CANNOT believe why he didn't stick around after that hand. WTF, didn't he accomplish what he was trying to do? Or was he scared that you had him pegged..

you're not 3:1 against his range. assuming two undercards for him, you're 5:3. we're assuming two undercards because hero said that villain has done this in the past with hands that contain no suited, connected or high card value. in short, the lower 50% of all possible hands. if we assume this, he's 5:3

perfect play. bad results

I was willing to accept 5:3. But I liked 3:1 even better. Pity it didn't work out.

Indeed.

I find it amazing that you've kept track of him over months. Although I guess going all-in with 50BB and showing 84o should leave a mark.
