Default Sonic Drive-in

Ok, I have a somewhat serious question about the Sonic (the fast food joint).

Does anyone tip the people that bring you your food when you order from one of the pull-up spots? Am I a scumbag for not doing so? Heck, even in the "drive-thru", someone has to talk from outside the store to your car which is obviously more effort than parking it at the window at McDonalds.

this reminds me of the time my bro in law thought he was giving the girl a tip but actually was not giving enough to cover the meal

she said "uh.. sir it's $7.34"
he said "oh don't worry about it" and drove off

oh, and tip if you feel like it, don't if you don't

I never even though about tipping at Sonic until I read this thread.
