Do they bet their flush draws?

No notes on MP1. Preflop: Hero is CO with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks. I suppose it comes down to how often they'll bet flush draw on the flop. Him being second last to act should make it more probable? |

Re: Do they bet their flush draws?
I think you probably need to call this bet in the 15/30. I can make an argument for raising too, but it's not a good one.
To answer your question - yes I think most players in this game are going to bet a four-flush in that spot. |

Re: Do they bet their flush draws?
People rarely, if ever, lay down 4-flushes unless there is evidence to the contrary (ie plenty of action with a board pair).
You only have mid-pair mid-kicker. Chances are you've lost. I think you could lay this down 90% of the time. If you wanted a read on villain, a call isn't too bad either. A raise is silly if you're up against a likely Ax [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] |

Re: Do they bet their flush draws?
I dislike the preflop limp.
I would expect to see more action from a flush draw, most likely a bet on a flop and check/raise on the turn. I call this bet and although you're unlikely ahead i'd expect to see a king , a better 9 , 77 or 2 pair a lot more on the river than the flush. |

Re: Do they bet their flush draws?
I would probably raise preflop but calling isn't bad either. I would call the river without a read.

Re: Do they bet their flush draws?
you are getting 6.5:1 closing the action. I call everytime here.
