also -

King Yao uses the terms "split pair" and "split two pair" in his book with regard to holdem.

He does not use the term "rolled up" presumably because we already have the distinction between "set" and "trips"

His book may be where the recent uses of the "split" terms are originating. I like it as well. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Without any read I'm not a huge fan. It's not terrible, but I'm not sure it's +EV. If he's pulling a move then your 3-bet lets him get away. If not, then there's a decent chance you're behind. Use your position and call the turn bet and then call the river or bet the river if checked to. If you really feel the need to throw in that extra bet then raise the river since you're less likely to get 3-bet, and virtually never by a worse hand.
