Pokergrader NL + Party luck

I finally put money into Party Poker, I had been a winning player there in the past, expected more of the same. I've had the worst luck I've ever experienced in 2 years since the split. In 4700 hands Pokergrader says my overall luck is -32. First question, is anyone else experiencing similiar bad luck on Party since split, and second does the luck rating apply to NL the same way it does to limit with Pokergrader.
