Default How do I learn BB defens

I know that it takes a large sample size for the BB to converge.

That said I have played about 23k hands and I'm loosing at the rate of (0,22)BB/hand
So even if it just is variance I need to learn a bit defens just to make sure. And hey it never does hurt to be better in the BB..

So basicly I'm looking for ways to learn.

I have never posted alot of hands.. So if you think this is what I must do then please tell me how to pick the hands. Should I take the ones where I loose the most? or just some randome middle win/loose hands?

If the answere is in the big archive be kind to atleast tell me some player names to search for.

I really are out of ideas here so give your tips.

My BB stats are:
Folded BB to steal: 58.2%
Fold BB to steal HU: 48.95%
VPIP in BB: 22.19% <- is this high or low?

I'm a 21/16 player if that matters.

Just let me know if you need more stats or other info.

One more thing. Is it possible to attain a OK BB number by playing thighter? Like getting (0.17) and fold the BB say 70% to a steal?
