Default TPTK facing donk on turn 3flush

Villain in this hand is uber-LAG and pretty tricky, not completely horrible postflop. 69/34/2 after ~300 hands. Once he tried to push me off AK with his QK on a raggedy board.

$5/$10 6max

Dealt to hero A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

one fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, uberlag calls from sb, bb folds

Flop [ 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ]
Hero bets, uberlag calls

Turn [ 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ]
uberlag bets...

What line to take? If we call, what's hero's river plan?

Just call. Even if he's bluffing with a picked up flush draw he will often bluff again on the river, so raising here doesn't really gain you anything. If he checks the river then bet. If he bets the river then call.

Yeah, that is exactly what I thought too. I called. He checked a non diamond river so I bet. Then he checkraised. Now what? This [censored] has been done to me all the time since I started 5/10 SH a couple weeks ago.

It is an easy river call, 60 vpip 2 AF is pretty nuts.

don't think you can fold this hand to this player for 1 bet on the river.

I like a raise/call, call the river.

Based on that description of the opponent, I would call the turn and raise any river, except for a diamond (which I'd just call). If he reraises river, I'm calling.

I called the C/R and uberlag had K5o.

Not to whine, but this has pretty much been my experience thus far at 5/10 (only 6k hands). I really have been feeling like a payoff king. More typically, I get milked by opponents when they raise the turn after the board pairs and I think... there is no way he has a 3 / 4 / etc, but it seems like every time they do and I pay them off. My WTSD is like 39% and my W$SD is like 48%. Something needs to change. I think maybe I payoff with A-high too much too.
