Party, ub, and Paradise are all down! Ladbrokes is up and
running, but that's no solace for American players!

Half of the money from those eliminated divided equally amongst remaining players, other half divided according to chips by %

why would they all be down at the same time? Do they all share bandwidth or a server somewhere? Or should we freak out that the feds are cracking down... I was doing well in a UB tourney - what will they do if it gets cancelled?

I think PS must have botched their broadcast of the World Cup from the cruise and messed up the server most of the gambling sites use. They immediately removed those games from the WPT section on their site, and were just recently trying to put them back on right before the 5PM starting time.

Doesn't this mean that you could potentially win MORE than you ever could in the tournament?

e.g.

Down to two players in a party SnG ($10+1) , one player has 99% of the chips.

of the remaining $80 ($20 to the already eliminated 3rd place) first place would get 50% of $40 and 99% of $40 = $60

nice.

(in fact when party went down just now I was in (almost) this situation, only I worked it out - I am due $50.05 - yes!!!! an extra $.05!!!)

tim

p.s.: how long does it take to put the money back in your account?
