I've said it before and I'll say it again; AC has the potential to blow out Vegas. Think about it, it's on the ocean, within a 4 hr drive of NYC, Philly, Baltimore, DC, Long Island ect. First, get rid of those stupid touristy Jersey shore shops. Get rid of all those slum buildings one block off the boardwalk. Put up a monorail system to have free access to all the casinos. Don't cater to kids, you have the rest of the Jersey shore for that. Make it an adult city, like Vegas. If the morons that ran the city ever got their heads out of their asses, they would realize that there is enough money for everyone if they work together.

State wouldn't like that...
A loss of $5/car parked.

Sh*te, the monorail would also put The Jitneys out of business.

Plenty more reason to have fun!

Here is anudder interesting stat...

From money.cnn
Most overvalued housing markets

In this article which lists overblown realestate values (299 cities/metro areas)

Guess which city in NJ is the highest?

I don't know if I would say the bubble is going to burst - But the city has improved and even though there is plenty room for more improvement it has been a nice ride sice this real estate boom.

This list is ridiculous. Real estate in AC is very reasonable.. Hell, I just bought a house on St. Charles Place for a hundred bucks! Now I've got my eye on a hotel on Ventnor.
