neteller initial deposit

Has anyone else had problems funding a new neteller account from a cashout from a poker site? I just created a Neteller account last week to transfer some of my Pokerstars money over to party. I made a cashout to my new account about a week ago, but for some reason Neteller isn't letting me past the first deposit page for new accounts (I assume this means my balance is zero). I know that Pokerstars isn't supposed to take more than 72 hours to make a cashout, and its been almost a week, so I'm starting to get a bit worried. Has anyone else had similar problems with a new Neteller account?

I initially funded my Neteller account with a withdrawal from a poker room without any problem. Try the online chat feature at Neteller, they are generally quite helpful.

I was setting up a neteller account for a friend of mine and this same thing is happening. im still waiting for the money to get cleared from empire so i havent looked into it much. if you fix the problem could you let me know what you did.

you need to get in contact with support somehow via phone or live chat so they can give you a call at your phone number to verify your information
