Default How many bets? (there\'s no cap)

Opponent is 33/4/0.74, over a large sample of hands. He pushes only strong hands and very strong draws (means he can't have an overpair on the turn).
He doesn't raise 99/44 here PF

I would just call the 4 bet. His aggression numbers are low so i dont think he is pushing a draw here. He may have 99 or 44 which are both beating you, so i would just call the 4 bet.

I'd do a 5 bet and then call down if raised.

Hi Roy-

I think you've played this fine. Given your read on villain, his turn raise is saying "I can beat a pair of 9s." Your 3-bet says "I can beat your holding that beats the 9s (meaning you have at minimum an overpair) and his 4-bet says "I can beat any overpair" or even "I can beat trips." Call down and expect to see trip 5s with a worse kicker about half the time and a boat the other half. A more interesting question is what to do if you river an ace -- in that case I prolly c/r the river and call a 3-bet.

You might wanna raise preflop. Rest of hand played fine, since he's in BB he could realistically have a 45o boat.

edit: in case there was confusion call down after the 4 bet.

I think its a pretty clear 4-bet if you river an Ace here. The only hand that beats you is 99.

This is semantics since there's not really a rivered ace, but the OP's read on villain seems to indicate he won't show so much aggression without a monster of a hand. I can't 4-bet a river with the third nuts against this type of player unless I'm willing to fold to a 5-bet, and frankly, I'm not that good.
