My Picks
$400 Colts
$300 Bengals $200 Chargers $100 Jets Explanation: Never thought about handicapping till last week, although have followed the NFL my whole life. Reasoned that my projected lines would therefore be fairly useless, so my tactics: - First have a go at setting a line - Compare with the actual lines - Bet on the biggest differences with the line. E.g. On the Jets game i guessed +1, actual line is -3, I bet the Jets. God knows if it's a sound tactic, am mostly doing this to see if I can get better at handicapping as the season goes on. So far I'm clearly rubbish at working out how to price a stong favourite, my biggest diffs both weeks I've played have been under-estimating the point starts the Eagles and Colts get over the 49ers and Browns. |

Bravo!
Take note, all of you cappers! This is a perfect model for posting picks in the contest! Summary at the top (for my use), game analysis, easy to follow.
NoChance, if you nail the top record, I grant you now the Week #3 title using this perfect example as the tiebreaker. Nicely done. |
