what kind of music do yo like to listen to while working out?

If it's a work-out where I'll be doing lots of dynamic movement, like shadowboxing, old 70's t.v. cop shows. Hawaii Five-O, SWAT, Ironside, etc. Those themes really move. Some of the corniest shows have some of the best themes, too.
