Default HU vs. LAG

villain is 68/32/2.4 after 30 hands, FWIW

Party Poker 3/6 (6max, 5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG raises, Hero calls.

River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG bets, Hero calls.

standard vs. LAG or do i need more hands on him to call this down?

Looks good against a LAG. Fold the turn against a TAG.

that's what i was thinking.
in that case, the question becomes whether or not 30 hands is a clear enough indicator. it's entirely possible for me to present those stats over 30 hands.

I think this guy wil bet a busted flush draw on the river so there is no need to 3-bet this turn to charge a flush. If you think he won't then I would probably 3-bet this turn.
I think however that if he is over-LAG he will cap it anyway with the intention of making you fold a J.

I call down after he c/r me as it is WA/WB. I think we are WA more often, but he may fold to our raise so there is no need to make him think we aren't folding to a river bet.

This is fine. If he's one of those ones that will call a river raise with A-high, I'd raise there and call a 3-bet. No strategy that involves folding is good.
