i think you mean "holdem's odd(s) book" by mike petriv. its a decent book but probably not worth the purchase price imo. you can get better info and better explanations on the same concepts from brucez's posts in the probability forum.

Default Odds stuff

If it's the odds themselves you are after, then there is a whole bunch of useful stuff on my web site here.

Hope that helps,
Andrew

Taking a quick look at these odds, I see that you have the probability of flopping a gut shot draw with max-stretch connectors listed at 22% when it is actually 16.62%. I have just hand calculated this here, and it was confirmed by computer simulation performed by another poster. The 22% number comes from Petriv's book, which over counts paired flops, double counts double belly busters (which should not be counted at all), double counts two other types of flops, does not exclude open-ended straight draws, and does not exclude made flushes.

Also, flopping an 8-out straight draw with max-stretch connectors is 9.6%, not 10.5%. This is also wrong due to double counting of paired flops. The 9.6% number is rock solid, having been hand calculated by several different methods and independently by several people, and it was also verified by computer.
