Default non KEM plastic cards

Hi.

I want some plastic cards for use in home games, but KEM no longer makes poker sized. I undestood that there has always been a rival brand of plastic cards used in casinos, but i can't recall the name. Any imput?

Just to clarify poker is played with bridge sized and pit games are played with poker sized. It's your home game and you can play with what you want, but if you have a dealer he will find the bridge sized easier to handle.

I ordered some KEM'S on ebay just realized they werent bridge sized....Is this REALLY a big big deal??? Personally I COULDNT CARE LESS about 1 quarter inch of width(gurls can laugh now if they want lol)....

Normal paper bicycle or bee cards are the wide size. Most people are used to those...

When I started dealing poker (1984) we used Bee. Paper, wider. When they called for a deck change the seal to the box was cracked at the table, brought in by a chip runner or floor man.

To your question of what "other brands":

A-plus it the brand we have been getting. They seem to have been the best choice for a number of years as the backup to KEM. They are much stiffer tho. Just so ya know.

COPAG is a plastic card similat to KEM at half the price.
