Is this standard play or does anybody have an other approach?

against a maniac:
cap the flop 100% of the time. why didn't you -were you planning to raise a turn safer than the 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]? raise the turn, call a 3bet and call the river. Against someone *much* more passive, consider laying down on the turn. |

No, this looks fine, as long as you were planning on raising most turns. This turn card is as bad as they get, though, so calling down is fine.
