i would have been happy with either linebacker - nice to add youth to that 4 in the chargers 3-4. im just hoping san diego can go at least 8-8 this season.

Dood, come on, where is your pride? Chargers are the best in the AFC West this year.

Because he isn't a great tackler. Important for a LB. He is however a balls to the walls maniac. I'm guessing he dropped because of his tackling ability.

Demarcus Ware was a stupid pick by the Cowboys at 11. They couldve got him at 20, or some other DE/OLB combo player just as good.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree. Biggest reach so far.

Did the Saints really have to move up to get Brown? Was somebody else going to take him?

The analysts seem to think that Carolina was gonna pick him.

I like when somebody gets picked that wasn't even mentioned in all the time that the team was on the clock. There's always a pause while the analysts scramble for their player notes.

If there was a good OT on the board, why wouldn't Houston take him? Why trade the pick away to N.O. to take him?

i love the chargers. but im a realist as well. randy moss himself will cause even more problems if the bolt secondary cant defend against the pass. im sure the chiefs will be pissed and workout like crazy and battle back from a chit season. the only team that i am not worried about is the denver donkos. unless champ bailey is going to play on offense, defense, and special teams i dont see denber becomming that much of a better team after this offseason.
