Wrong bet....what could happen here

Assuming I don't settle with matchbook and win my bet on Indy ML +820 $147 to win $1206, what are the worst cases scenarios for what could happen to me? Slow payout? Blackballing from different books/exchanges? I'm trying to weigh my options before deciding to settle. Keep in mind I alerted matchbook to the discrepancy in the first place.
