No doubt I would feel it at 20/40, I'm talking about the stakes I play. Also I'd probably keep worrying that I'm making bad decisions due to a losing streak even if I wasn't, causing me to steam.

Playing one table can have a psychological effect on anyone. You're very conscious of how much you're up or down. Winning isn't such a big deal, but losing can take a toll on you. It's much harder to "get even" when 1-tabling, and sometimes we tend to force certain hands out of pure boredom.

Perhaps this is reason enough for me finally to add a table.
