Default All in when paying blinds : what happens ?

I wonder how online poker rooms handle the following case:

I'm seated at a 1/2$ table. I only have 0.5$ left. In order to participate in the hand I would have to pay 1$ because I'm on the big blind.

Will I be considered all-in and participate in the hand ?
Will the server sit me out because I can't afford the big blind ?

You'll be all-in, and to call, I believe the other players will need to pony up the full $1 (or go all-in themselves, if they don't have it).
