Default \"Blah\" Feeling After Using Computer Too Long

I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about, when you use your computer too long and start refreshing the same internet page again, or have long draw out AIM conversations etc. Whatever, the result is that I at least get a "blah" feeling after a while, and my eyes are glazed over. What do you do to get get rid of this feeling? Showers work great but that takes a long time.

Jog? Go get some food? Getting out of the house usually works really well.

Well, if you're bored on the computer and have nothing to do... then why wouldn't you go do something else?

go to the gym. i feel great after a run/workout, it is good for you and also clears your mind. a pro coach was telling me it releases some chemical which makes you happy, its something actually biological.
