Captain Cooks/Poker Rewards [Prima]

Has anyone tried to do both of these rooms?

I've done Poker Rewards a while ago and thought i'd try Captain Cooks 50% up to $200 (10x). They're both owned by the same company (Casino Rewards?).

I've played about 1000 raked hands towards the deposit bonus at Captains but their CS cant give me a straight answer about eligibility of the the bonus. I was wondering if anyone has tried to do both and received them?

I did capt. cook and played the 2000 hands.
But I'm having problems withdrawing my money.
Been almost 10 days and still no cash in my neteller account. Mailed them twice and no reply, phoned them twice and both times they said it's coming, soon.

I dont think you can do both. Captain cook's is not giving you the bonus, poker rewards is. and since poker rewards already gave you a bonus, i doubt they'll give you two. I had no problems withdrawing from cooks tho.
