How do you transfer funds to another player on party/skins?

You can transfer from a Party account to another Party account, but not from Party to Empire or any other skin.

In the main lobby click on My Accont (top left)

Then click on Go To My Account (Website)

--Im having trouble getting the webpage to open but once your there it show have a section for Inter-Account Trasnfers
