Default New Poker Room in Vegas - Gold Coast

A brand new poker room opened yesterday at the Gold Coast casino in Vegas.

The Gold Coast is right next door to the Rio (across the street from Palms). It's an 8 table room with 2/4 and 4/8 hold'em spread daily. 1-5 Stud is also offered, which is becoming less and less common.

Noteworthy point is that all hold'em games are played with a 1/2 kill. I can't think of another 2/4 holdem game in Vegas that's regularly played with a 1/2 kill..

The fishes are definitely swimming there. Have fun.

Where are the other kill games in AC? I recall the Orleans having a 4/8 kill game.

Do you mean in Vegas? In Vegas the Orleans always spreads a 4/8 kill game, and the monte carlo usually has one also. Those are the only two that immediately come to mind, although I'm sure there are others, but not regularly, especially at the 2/4 level.

Excalibur spreads a 4/8 with half-kill, and I think the Mandaly 4/8 has a half-kill as well. Both have 1/2 blinds.

What is the blind structure of the 4/8 game? I love the Mandalay 4/8 half kill w/ $1/$2 blinds...
