Default Need some clarification...

I hear that being weak/tight is one of the worst styles of poker. I know I'm tight, but I dont know if im weak or agressive. Can someone explain the difference between the two, and what the different styles will do in different situations?

Also, please dont answer with the "VPIP%" and all of that stuff. I really don't understand those figures yet.

Here is an example:

Agressive player picks up A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button. He raises to 3x the BB. BB calls. Flop: T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB bets. Hero raises. BB folds.

Weak player picks up A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button. He limps in. SB folds. BB checks. Flop: T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB bets. Weak player calls. Turn: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. BB bets. Weak player calls. River: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. BB Bets. Weak player folds.
