This bubble re-steal ok?
PP 100 NL
46 players left, top 40 pay. I have ~10000, avg. stack is ~8500. 300/600 Blinds. Somewhat loose, but fairly reasonable player with ~10000 raises to 2000 in MP. Folded to me in the SB, I push. Is this a decent spot to try to pick up 2900 chips, or should I bide my time and wait for a better chance? I'm willing to risk going out on the bubble to help my chances of winning, but I'm not sure this was the right situation. I play mostly SNGs, so I'm still learning when to turn up the aggression in MTTs. Any thoughts? Thanks, Zac |

Re: This bubble re-steal ok?
It depends how close you think this is to a steal attempt. If this is 9 person table, I don't think I could be super sure that the guy doesn't have a pretty legit hand to the point where I'd push any two just given my read. If this is a more shorthanded table, I do this move often, as your fold equity is pretty high.

Re: This bubble re-steal ok?
Oops, I somehow left out two important bits of information. I have AQ, and I have been playing fairly tight.

Re: This bubble re-steal ok?
it matters a lot how aggro MP has been. if he's been raising a lot, i like a push. if he he's tight, i prefer a call (and plan on leading just about any flop).
