Only 2 rounds of play against opponent.
I'd bet about every river here. Standard?

I like it. I'll mix in some flop 3-bets, but probably not against an unknown.

I like this better than 3betting the flop and betting the turn UI, unless you think he will fold a pair, which I doubt.

I agree totally. It takes alot to lay down a pair in a blind battle on that board. You'll get call downs more often than folds.
