Default KQ on Qxx three-flush board - what\'s my play?

Loose 5-10 SEK live no-limit game. I raise to 50 preflop with KQ of hearts and get called in a few spots. I have around 900, villain has me covered. My image is loose-maniacal, villain plays a bit tighter but he likes to tangle with me, often with substandard hands. The game plays very aggressively and most of the players are good.

The flop comes Qxx with three diamonds. I bet out half-pot, around 75, and he raises to 250 total (or so). I have 350 or so left and I push. Good play? Based on villains acting and betting after the flop I am pretty sure he has no flush and might just try to buy or make this play with the naked Ad. The hand range that villain will re-raise me here is very wide.
