your insane sometimes

Sometimes, yes. Like the day I suggested that the Sox would send Schilling to the bullpen to close. Everyone said I was insane that day too.

Should or would, what's the difference? Agree or disagree with the move, I correctly predicted it. But you miss my point. What may seem like a insane proposition instead can turn out to be visionary.

And as I'm typing this, Ortiz gets a clutch hit.

Matsui is a guy that I would want up with the game on the line. He just knows how to hit, it seems whenever the yanks need an RBI Matsui finds a way to get it done. He wont win the MVP but if there is such a thing as a clutch hitter Matsui is it.

the difference is 'should' means you think he would be wise for the role (he wasnt) and. 'would' means you are predicting it, which you did not.

it was a drastic idea, and failed.

clutch doesnt exist.

there is nothing visonary about saying ortiz is MVP.

In that crucial 9th inning at bat in the biggest game of the year, who would you want up there?

[/ QUOTE ]

So by this logic, your beloved Big Papi should ride the pine until the game is tied in the 9th, then the Sox should take him off the bench to win the game. Obviously, thats all he is capable of doing.

Hmmm, clutch, 9th inning, wins the game for his team....I GOT IT! I'm changing my vote to..............Mariano Rivera!
