Villain is 52/5 and his post-flop aggression is 3 after 42 hands. Known starting hands are AJo, K4o, 98o, 87o and 52s.

its fairly drawless board barring villain holding KJ.

I think turn is definite fold.

I really think that this hand is all read dependent. But, looking at the action the c/r raise from UTG is such a small amount that he either wants to keep you around with his set/ weird 2 pair, or he's trying to figure out if his top pair is good. I could see a more LAG player doing this with KQ and AQ. I feel like a call is a mistake; you're going to have no idea where you are in the hand. What if a blank comes and he bets big? The only way i can see a call being a good play is if you think he'll slow down on the turn once you call. otherwise it makes no sense to me. this comes down to your read, but if he's LAG i'd probably reraise...hope that helps...

I disagree with this.

if you 3 bet and you are called, you are fairly potcommitted.

I suppose you can try for the minreraise to 40 to really confuse him. I would need a really good read that villain is tricky to do this though.

I think most would slowdown with TP on the turn if they checkminraise is called.

I'm folding. Pretty drawless flop. Against a normal player, you should call because it could be a pair or a straight draw or whatever and then probably fold to turn agression or something read dependent, but against these SSNL guys, I just think you should fold. They don't make moves and they aren't aggressive (even though this guy might be, 42 hands is way too few to know). Maybe it's weak, but every time I call I see two pair or better.

so your plan would be to call the flop, and fold to a bet on the turn? i feel like this is too passive...i don't like it. most players will make a big turn bet after a c/raisng...but i understand your point about getting pot committed...it's definately something to take into account.
